Sales Team Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Responsible for managing the development of clients within the Sales Team.
2. Lead the team (7 members) to achieve the company’s sales target.
3. Support sales staff in engaging with potential clients, and collaborate with relevant client-side departments to develop communication plans for the clients.
4. Capable of managing the team and training team members.
5. Report directly to the Deputy Business Director and Business Director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Male/female, aged 28 and above, with at least 2 years of experience in managing a sales team (minimum 7 people). Ambitious career goals and strong leadership skills.
2. Strong market analysis skills and good marketing and promotional abilities.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems.
4. Passionate about the work, diligent, able to work under high pressure. Preference will be given to candidates with an existing advertising client base.
